All smoker wood chunks undergo technological processing from barking, multiphased calibration, dedusting and drying with unique method using the fresh hot air that guarantees an exceptional quality and readiness to use for a long time and prevents from rot and mould formations. The chunks are free of bacteria such as Salmonella and Escherichia Coli as well as fungi Ascaris sp., Trichutis sp. and Toxocara sp. that was confirmed by laboratory analysis conducted in the Institute of Chemistry, Polish Center for Testing and Certification.

Barking - is a process of completely removing of the bark from the wood in order to eliminate the undesirable admixtures, which reduce the quality of smoke.

Shredding - is shaping of the chunks in order to obtain suitable form and weight for controlled the uniform pyrolisis in the smoke generators.

Dedusting - is a removal of unwanted impurities which h can adversely influence the burning uniformity of smoking process. Calibration of selected chunks is made by shape and dimensions as required by the smoking generator grate.

Drying - is a desiccation with a clean hot air guarantees exceptional quality and readiness to use for a long time. It also eliminates mold formation and rot. No chemical substances are added.

Packaging - precise weighing and packaging in foil bags that prevents from humidity and accidental dipping during transport and storage.

Storage - chunks should be stored in rooms with suitable micro-climate and equipped with air extraction systems in order to maintain high quality.

Our smoker wood chunks are sold in kilograms with electronically controlled humidity, which does not exceed 12%. Owing to low water content, the chunks have long shelf life exceeding 2 years.

An additional asset is that you buy a processed product of full value and high quality.
